1. Scope of the service
respondendo.app is an API that makes phone calls with an artificial intelligence agent: you send a JSON with the phone and the script (or the agent created in the dashboard), the call happens and the result arrives in your webhook, with recording, transcript and summary. These terms apply to the website, the dashboard and the API.
2. Customer account and keys
The account is created with Google sign-in and is for your personal or your company's use. API keys are generated in the dashboard and are equivalent to a password: everything done with them is your responsibility. Revoke them in the dashboard if they leak.
The AI and the voices use respondendo.app keys, encrypted in our database. Their usage is included in the per-minute price.
3. Credit and billing
The service is prepaid, with no lock-in. You buy credit via Pix, from the minimum amount shown in the dashboard, and every answered call deducts the call time at the current rate, today R$ 0.549 per minute, in Anatel's 30/6 standard: the first 30 seconds are billed in full and, after that, every 6 seconds.
Purchased credit is not refunded in cash, except for a billing error on our side, which we correct by crediting the balance back. The rate may change with notice in the dashboard and on the website; credit already purchased remains valid.
4. Responsibilities
The content of the calls is yours: the script, what the AI says, the variables sent and who you call. Only call people your company is allowed to contact, respecting the law, Anatel's rules and reasonable hours. Using the service for scams, harassment, spam, illegal content or to impersonate another company is forbidden.
We work to keep the API up at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for the commercial outcome of the calls.
5. Recordings
Every answered call is recorded and transcribed for you. The recording stays on our server for 7 days on Flex and for the whole contract on monthly plans and is deleted automatically; the transcript and the summary stay in your history. Informing the person about the recording, where the law requires it, is your responsibility, through the script.
6. Suspension for abuse
We may suspend or close the account in case of abuse, illegal use or risk to the platform, with the remaining balance preserved for 30 days for disputes by email at [email protected].
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São José dos Campos, SP, are elected for any matter arising from them. The handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.
