1. Account data
The account is created with Google sign-in. From it we keep name, email and photo, to identify you in the dashboard and talk to you about the account. We also keep the history of credit purchases.
2. Calls and recordings
For each call we keep the dialed phone, duration, cost, transcript, summary and the result delivered to your webhook, with proof of delivery. The audio recording stays on our server for 7 days on Flex and for the whole contract on monthly plans and is deleted automatically. Transcripts, summaries and history stay as long as the account exists.
Call data passes through the AI and voice providers used by the platform, only to run the call.
3. AI keys
The AI and voice keys belong to respondendo.app and are stored encrypted in our database. Your call data is used only to run your calls.
4. What we use it for
To make the calls you requested, deduct the credit, show the history in the dashboard and answer support. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
5. Cookies
We use only the session cookie, which keeps you signed in to the dashboard. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
6. Your rights under the LGPD
You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by email at [email protected]. We respond within 15 days. When you close the account, we delete everything within 30 days, except what tax law requires us to keep.
