How soon does it start working?
Right away. Click Start, sign in with Google, add credit via Pix and you can call. The platform ships with several ready-made prompt examples: pick one, adjust it and use it.
Can I try it?
Yes. Every new account starts with R$ 5.00 of credit to test, with the AI and the voices included.
Do I need an account with any AI or voice provider?
No. The AI and the voices come with the platform and are included in the per-minute price.
Which voices can I use?
On Super AI, two voices: bossa, tempo. On AI, fifteen ready voices, female and male, chosen by name.
Which number does the AI call from?
From a number with the same area code as the person, through our smart caller ID. The number is verified and does not show up as "possible spam" on their phone. It raises the answer rate and requires nothing from you.
What if the person doesn't answer?
You get the result in the webhook with atendida: false.
What are concurrent channels?
It's how many calls your AI can make at the same time. The limit follows your balance: every R$ 5 of credit gives you one more channel, and with a low balance you keep at least one. Example: with R$ 100 in credit, up to 20 calls at once. The dashboard and the pricing calculator show your current limit.
How long is the recording kept?
7 days on Flex and for the whole contract on monthly plans. After that it is deleted from our server automatically. If you need to keep it, download it through the signed link within that window.
What are the plans?
There are five. On Flex, with no monthly fee, a minute costs R$ 0.549, with voice, local caller ID and platform included, and you buy credit via Pix from R$ 50.00. On the monthly plans you pay a minute bundle per month: Starter, R$ 499.00 por 1.000 minutos (depois, R$ 0.49 o minuto); Pro, R$ 949.00 por 2.000 minutos (depois, R$ 0.48 o minuto); Business, R$ 2,199.00 por 5.000 minutos (depois, R$ 0.47 o minuto); Scale, R$ 3,990.00 por 10.000 minutos (depois, R$ 0.44 o minuto).

Can the per-minute price be negotiated?
Yes, based on volume: with larger credit purchases, the per-minute cost goes down. This is handled by the sales team. Just request contact by email at [email protected].
Is there support?

Is voicemail charged?
Yes. Voicemail answers the call (SIP 200) and the carrier charges for it. So it is billed like an answered call, in the 30/6 standard of Anatel rules: the first 30 seconds, then every 6 seconds.
